“What strikes me is the charm, a quality that seems woven into the very fabric of this place, setting it apart from more tourist-laden spots in Nice. It's the kind of hotel where you find a rooftop pool with a sweeping view, plus a restaurant that buzzes with a Greek-tinged culinary energy. I imagine you'd feel both connected to the city and happily removed from its frenzy.”
